Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor variations in color, pattern, texture, or handmade details
• Differences in appearance caused by screen settings or photography
• Incorrect purchase decisions made by the customer

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or if an incorrect item was received.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

Each case will be assessed individually. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another suitable solution.

As all marbled artworks are created by hand, variations in pattern, color flow, and texture are considered part of the unique character of the product and are not regarded as defects.
