Product Information

All products are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and finishing details. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the stated timeframe.

Shipping

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for reference only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Nhu Pham Art.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in pattern and color are part of its unique character. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photographs, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Nhu Pham Art and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
